This is a series of five virtual sessions held over six weeks. This work is based on the research and curriculum developed by Dr. Brené Brown. This series anchors into the four skill sets of courageous leadership. Aiko delivers this curriculum in a way that anchors into equity principles that are well-sustained via courageous leadership. Participants will complete this series with a deeper understanding of the skills of courageous leadership, and with practice and an understanding of how to apply these skills to build and sustain inclusive and equitable teams and organizations. This series is unique from other Dare to Lead™ trainings.
