We guide you to become more generous and intentional about leadership, as you increase your self-awareness and confidence through elevating your emotional intelligence and resilience.

Our coaching style allows for a unique journey based on your specific needs and intended outcomes. We’ll cover the points that stop you from being the strongest leader possible. You’ll know your blind spots and what barriers you face in your leadership. Through stakeholder interviews and other methods, you’ll also understand how you engage with and are perceived by others.

You’ll be able to:

  • Identify your personal values and intentions and know how to align these with your voice while developing stronger boundaries.
  • Know how to fully leverage where you currently are in your career and how to get to the next level.
  • Understand your current competencies and get clarity on your goals as well as the steps you need to take to reach those goals.
  • Feel confident while navigating equity and other diversity and inclusion matters.

We coach a range of leaders, emerging leaders, and individuals facing various challenges such as:

  • Executives who are navigating unfamiliar territory and need to gain a new and clearer perspective as they lead organizational change and growth.
  • Individuals who are navigating being “the only” (woman, a person of color, mother, etc.) in their sector or on a team and want to be more self-sustained and focused while operating in spaces where they are underrepresented.
  • Executives or managers who are embarking upon a transition or are at a crossroad in their career and are seeking a step up in their leadership (management skills, presence, strategic thinking).
  • Emerging leaders who are seeking to clarify their values, voice, and vision and align their leadership approach and policies.
  • Individuals who seek to overcome “Imposter Phenomenon” as they identify and overcome self-limiting beliefs and learn to show up in ways that align with their values. This includes naming the dysfunction in the systems you work in and encounter on a daily basis.
